So, blog readers, consider yourselves shown.
Last summer. The Fractured Prune in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Check out the specialty donuts. Oh.my.god. I had the French Toast one and it was decadent.
Not sure when this was taken. I'm thinking Winter 2010. (I have a Winter coat on, so that's my clue.) This is my Granddad and me before he passed away.
Who puts red rug on the walls of a restaurant? Bill's Restaurant in Greenfield, MA did. Pardon me, that's "Famous Bill's." It's a new restaurant now, but they framed this piece of piece of the red carpet that used to cover the walls. Klassy.
Trunk or Treat, October 2011. My company puts on a Halloween event for employees and their children. Departments/individuals build/create scenes out of trunks of their cars. My department tends to go a little, shall we say, overboard? Our theme was the Flintstones and yes, that Flinstones car was built from scratch. We won multiple awards for this masterpiece.
One of the last photos of Max. We took him for walks in an area where hunting was prevalent, so you see the point of the vest...
Last fall. I was going to post this photo and say "Where in the World is KT?" but I figured it was wayyyyy too easy.
December 7th...John's 50th b-day. Need I say more?
This was taken a few months ago. New England weather at its finest.
G. getting her medal after the MA Special Olympics State Games for basketball.
Awesome brightly colored display from the Flower Show in Boston recently. The dark magenta really caught my eye.
Another Flower Show shot. They had a whole exhibit of hats made from flowers. Amazing.
Who knew Mary Todd Lincoln was a shopaholic? Not I! Not sure if you can read this, but it's from the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. She's referred to as an "avid shopper." I guess Mary and I have something in common! (Let's just hope that financial trouble her shopping led to doesn't happen to me...)
Snapped this in Lowe's a few weeks ago. We hadn't planned on buying things for our master bath, as we're not ready for demo yet, but this and the matching vanity were on sale, so we went for it.
